Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PeptideTrace at peptidetrace.com (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

PeptideTrace is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Platform Description

PeptideTrace is a peptide compound intelligence platform that provides reference information, regulatory status tracking, clinical trial data, and published research summaries across multiple jurisdictions. The Platform covers approved pharmaceuticals, investigational compounds in clinical development, and research compounds with preclinical evidence.

PeptideTrace is an information platform. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, vendor, marketplace, or medical advisory service. The Platform does not sell, supply, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of any compound. It does not connect buyers with sellers or provide any transactional functionality related to the purchase of peptide compounds.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on PeptideTrace is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nothing on this Platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to use, purchase, or administer any compound. The inclusion of a compound on PeptideTrace does not imply that it is safe, effective, legal in your jurisdiction, or appropriate for any individual.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health, including decisions related to any compound referenced on this Platform. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on PeptideTrace.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

PeptideTrace does not endorse, verify, or validate any therapeutic claims for any compound, whether approved, investigational, or classified as a research compound. For approved pharmaceuticals, the Platform may reference documented benefits from licensed labelling, but this does not constitute a recommendation for use.

3. Regulatory and Legal Information Disclaimer

PeptideTrace provides regulatory and legal status information for peptide compounds across multiple jurisdictions. This information is compiled from publicly available sources and is presented for informational purposes only.

Regulatory and legal information on this Platform does not constitute legal advice. The regulatory and legal landscape for peptide compounds is complex, varies by jurisdiction, and is subject to change. PeptideTrace makes every effort to maintain accurate and current information, but cannot guarantee that all regulatory or legal data is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction. If you require legal advice regarding the status of any compound, you should consult a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy and Limitation of Information

PeptideTrace endeavours to provide accurate, well-sourced, and current information across the Platform. However, the peptide landscape evolves rapidly, and we cannot warrant that all information is free from error or omission at any given time.

Information on the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PeptideTrace makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, data, or content on the Platform.

Where compound information is sourced from third-party databases, clinical trial registries, regulatory agencies, or published research, PeptideTrace relies on the accuracy of those original sources. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in third-party source data that have not yet been reflected on the Platform.
